how to load video faster

hi fellow mylotters, i was wonder how you can load video faster not just youtube

it depend on your internet speed there is no software that can increase your internet speed i was using slow internet before during that time i used to download the video before I watch it as buffering them used to take hell lot of time i used to download them using IDM

Even with a fast connection -- I have a 100 Mb/s fiber connection -- many sites are limiting the max download speed at 2 or 1 Mb/s, and sometimes less.

i am just using 512kbps internet connection but i don't face any problems buffering video from youtube but i tends to slow down if i view video from some other site though
