EarthQuake Prediction in Jakarta

hi friends, my name is Ardi. I'm also from Jakarta, but now i live in US. I'm a very newcomer here and am glad to meet Indonesians here. about that possible earthquake, I think the government should prepare the crisis management scenario. usually it's about the evacuation places, the food stocks, cleanser stuffs to deal with sanitary issues, the possible government management in emergency, and the most important thing is the long-term plan to re-establish the people's physical and mental life which is hurtfully affected by this possible earthquake. I used to read a geological article about undersea earthquake-related tsunami and that scientific article said there is only a little possibility for tsunami to occur in Jakarta. simply because Jakarta is located far away from the Indo-Australian plates in Indian ocean, which are very prone to earthquake.

What the Holy Scriptures really say reguarding Earthquakes. "For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another." Mt.24:7 "And you people will certianly flee to the valley of my mountians; because the valley of the mountians will reach all the way to Azel. And you will have to flee, just as you fled because of the earthquake in the days of Uzziah the king of Judah. And Jehovah my Godwill certianly come, all the holy ones being with him." Zec.14:5 "But the army officer and those with him watching over Jesus, when they saw the earthquake and the things happening, grew very much afraid, saying:"Certianly this was God's Son." Mt.27:54 "And there will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another pestilences and food shortages; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs." Lu.21:11 "And i saw when he opened the sixth seal, and a great earthquake occurred; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the entire moon became as blood" Re.6:12 What the Holy Scriptures really say reguarding the Earth. "A generation is going, and a generation is coming; but the earth is standing to time indifinite." Ec.1:4 "For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the true God, the Former of the Earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it to be inhabited; "Iam Jehovah and there is no one else." Isa.45:18 All theses things are a sign of his coming. "While he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: "Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?" Mt.24:3 NOBODY KNOWS when exactly this all will happen. "Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father." Mt.24:36 Anyway what do you think we are praying for when we say this prayer? "Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon the earth." Mt.6:10 As for me i pray for Jah's will to take place upon the earth. Its really something to look forward to not to be feared. After all these things come the blessing Jah will bestow upon us. Praise Jah.

I really hope, not powerful earthquake, and caused many casualties. With this warning, residents of Jakarta must be vigilant, so that does not happen things that are not desirable. We must always pray, and hope the earthquake did not really happen. If it should happen, do not cause many casualties.

Hello LordCaocao, How are you? It's been a while my friend. well, the best way is to prepare for it regardless if it's true or not. no matter how bad it is, it's all nature and we are just ants roaming this big continents on this planet.if they start moving i mean the plates and continents we have to be ready for the worst.

I hope the news is just a mere hoaxed,because if that happenes then it will grow a lot of problems in our country.i as the indonesia people could only remember to pray for the indonesia people for sins they did
