I think Dhoni's captainship is amazing in any format of cricket. It does not matter T20, One day, Test cricket etc., What do you say about it ?

formats doesn't have to do anything with captain ship. its the mindset. Dhoni has the best mindset. First a captain needs to have self confidence then only he can pump confidence in team. He takes challenges and risks as cool and calmly as a cucumber and that a great quality. He accepts mistakes and praises when needed. Gives credit to all who contribute, so he is a great captain.

hi , as you said mindset is important.but it requires lot of talent when to use correct tactics for different format of cricket without that mindset can't help him as a great captain.(you know IPL 2010 Raina acted as captain for two matches he could not win a match for Chennai Super Kings, mind that Raina has a great mindset)

For me Dhoni is India's best captain ever.when he captains in the ground no one knows what he thinking even his team members. He belongs to the same class as Steve Wagh who always belives that how well you played throughout the tournament,we will win the championship. It's the championship title that matters the most to him rather than playing extremely well in the whole tournament. The World Cup and the IPL 2010,2011 are the best examples of that.
