Sleeping. I like sleeping.
So imagine my surprise when I woke at 6:00 am of my own volition. Not only that, but I had a song running through my head. Here are the lyrics:
Why tell a horse his tail is wagging,
When you can't afford to buy a coat?

I'm pretty sure this wasn't written by anyone other than my crazy brain, but, who knows?

Haha! I can't get that Jedward song "Lipstick" out of my head and I can't stand it!
Can't say I've ever woke up with it in my head though.

Trust me, you NEVER want to hear it as it's a bit like Water Torture!

Why tell a horse his tail is wagging, when you can't afford to buy a coat? Interesting lyrics and something to really think about for sure. I think many times there might be thoughts like this that come from when we are sleeping even if they seem a little strange that might bring meaning for our lives as well. I would think that sometimes this means to Budget what money you do have as when buying a horse, if you cannot afford a coat why buy the house? So when buying anything make sure all your financial needs are just met first.

Perhaps you dreamed about horses wagging their tails, oh wait I think I know someone or you may want a coat and you/they can't afford it right now and the horses tail is some form of indication saying, no, no not right now. lol
Is all I can think of and although I do not sleep as much as the average person, I do rather enjoy sleeping also.

lol they usually just lift the tail when going to poo, then it comes down again. lol, sorry BarB it was all I could think of and when I saw that most where just concentrating on the sleep part I figured I had to say something about the horse.

Hi...
The two lines is interesting. Interesting enough that I searched for "why a horse wags its tail?" Flies and coats? (my search produced the answer of ...."to swat flies") There must be something there.
Why not continue with the lines and complete your song. Who knows? It might become a hit!
Cheers!

I love sleeping too!! I wish I didn't love it so much though. And it's definite that sleep loves me as well too. I sleep so much and so well that even if people try to wake me up or shake me, I don't feel a thing LOL i think it's a blessing and a curse at the same time.

My erstwhile husband grew up next to railway tracks... couldn't wake him short of setting him on fire.

I don't know that I would have remembered it if I hadn't immediately written it down.

Funny that. I woke up at 5.15am this morning. Later on I had a lyric running through my head. To the tune of "She'll be coming round the Mountain" "I've got crumbs in my bra...."!!! Nope, I have no idea what it means either. Except that it must be quite itchy.

'it does not make much sense. lol Yes who knows? I did go to sleep'
the other night thinking of a hymn I had not heard in years
Lead kindly light, amid encircling gloom, the night is dark,
and I am far from home.Lead thou me on. thats all I ever remember of it and have not heard it sung in church since I was a child.

Lately I have been waking up earlier than usual too! I look at the time and see it is too early to be up so I go back to sleep. I love sleeping. I could sleep half the day if I could! Too bad there is so much to do and so little time.

I was wondering if this song was jazz, or acoustic, perhaps rap?

HI...
The two lines are interesting. Interesting enough for me that I browsed the net to as "why a horse wag its tail." Flies and coats? There must be something there!
Why not add more lines and finish the song. Who knows, indeed. Like antiquelady said, it might become a hit.
Cheers!

Hahaha, I don't really enjoy sleeping when I'm not tired. However, once I sleep, it is difficult to wake up LOL. That's why I need to spend all of my energy before going to sleep.

I love to sleep. I think it's a hobby of mine already. hahahaha My body clock is kind of weird though I sleep at 1-2am in the morning and wake up like at 10-11am. I'm getting enough sleep though but I can't seem to sleep early. I want to but I cant. Also at times I try to sleep in the afternoon I get some power nap if I can.

Absolutely right because we live in two life, once while waking and second while sleeping. I love to sleep with peacefully.
I love to see some one sleeping especially my life partner, I love to see her while sleeping. Sleeping is a good experience ever to me.....
