Gently Used Clothing Stores for Kids

I like to shop for my kids and love browsing for super sales. I hate paying full price for anything, especially my kids clothing that they can stain, rip or outgrow so easily. I buy a lot of their clothing at thrift stores or chldren's stores that are set up for this purpose. I look for clothes from brand name stores that either look new or actually still have the new tags on them and they cost a fraction of the price. Ebay is also another great way to buy clothing. Does anyone else practice this?

i have always shopped for used clothing for my kids. now that they are teenagers (girls) they are into the latest styles and brand names. you never know what you can find. my 18 y ear old found some $50 brand name shorts for $15 at a consignment shop and a prom dress for $50-.

I do the same thing with my kids. The go through clothes so fast and clothes are so expensive. Our salvation army has half of days every wednesday. I also try to hit a lot of yard sales over the summer. They get new clothes for their birthdays from family, so at least not all their clothes are hand me downs. There also is a flea market group for our area on facebook and I got my daughter a huge lot of clothes on there.
