Um - this is a cat you're talking about, right? My dear, you do not adopt a cat. THEY adopt YOU. That's the way it happened with my Dexter, anyways.

i agree to some point. I think cats generally tend to get attached to their first owners(in this case the neighbor) so it doesn't really matter whether you feed, take care or love it more. It will always come back "home".

I agree. You should definitely check w/ur neighbors 1st. If they let u, congrats!! But if u can't like ur parents have allergies or sth it's still all good because u get 2 have a pet but u don't have 2 take care of it!!!! #justsaying

Hi BenjaRamirez, seems that the owner of the house next to you pays less attention to the stray cat. If not he or she do not feel like nothing happening even doesn't see the cat turn up for quite some time. Since you love and are more than willing to keep it as your pet, you can ask for permission from your neighbor to adopt and take care of it. If your neighbor still will rear it, you can entertain it warthly yet whenever it visits you. I think it still will visit you often as it can feel the enthentic love and care you give to it. Hopefully you can accomplish your wish to keep it as your pet very soon Cheers and have a nice day

I think this cat is homeless. It will be kind if you can adopt him. He will be happy to have a home rather than being alone outside. I love China

you feed it and take care of it. and by the looks of it, the cat seems attached to you already so why don't you ask your neighbor if you can adopt the cat? you love it, why won't they reconsider you having the owner of the cat, right? :)
