Yesterday, I experienced a severe headache. I took two ponstan tablets but still, my head is aching. my feet and hands are cold. my eyes and nose are also aching. I sleep for 2 hours expecting that the pain will be lessen. But I was wrong, my head is still aching. I applied menthol liniment, somehow it helped. I don't want to experience it anymore. Did you experience this kind of headache? What shall I do to ease the discomfort of migraine?

I know how painful migraine is. You know our nose has a left and a right side; we use both to inhale and exhale. Actually they are different; you would be able to feel the difference. During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe. In about 5 minutes, your headache should go. Please try this, it may help. Thanks for sharing God bless you, have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘@Bhuwan@’. .

Wow, sounds interesting. It is so informative. I did not know this and I haven't tried it. The next time I'll experience headache, I will try it. Thanks for sharing Professor2010. I am hoping that this will really help me. I don't want to experience the same pain again and again. :)

Here is my suggestion. You may want to try it. Practising meditation. I had that migraine problem some years back. I was able to get rid of it by practising meditation, regularly, for an hour a day after I get back home from work. It took a few months, but it worked for me. Meditation helps relieving physical as well as mental stresses, which can be the cause of migraine. Best wishes to you !

Hi greenline. Aside from the hot weather, I think stress triggered my migraine. I am so lucky that I haven't experience migraine when I was pregnant. After giving birth to baby angelo, here comes the migraine again. Will you give me some tips on how to meditate? I would love to hear it from you. :)

Back like a month and a half ago I can say I honestly have experienced this type of headache and it was not Fun. The problem with mine, is nothing seemed to work to help it except for finally finding a medication that would help. Migraine headaches are definately not fun. You might want to investigate to see if you can find a reason for them, or something causing them as well.

Sometimes the hot weather gives us headache so drink lots of water, keep calm and take a rest. The more you think of your headache the more it hurts. Next time try Dolfenal, have a nice day!!

The more I think of headache, the more it hurts. I agree with you. Maybe, it's mind over matter. If I will not think of it, then the pain will be lessen. I also believe that hot weather triggers headache. It is so hot in the Philippines because it is a tropical country. I should always bring umbrella to protect my head from aching. :)

I think you are having a sinusitis, you can take sinutab every 6 hours or some decongestants it may be nasal or in tablet, and drink some water too.

Maybe you are right. Maybe the severe headache I am experiencing is due to sinusitis. The next time I will experience this pain, I will take sinutab instead of ponstan. I am hoping that sinutab will lessen the discomfort of headache. With regards to your advice to drink some water, I do drink a lot. Thanks.

Stop Medicine this is poison, medicine only paralyzes the effect and kills brain cells, this is not healthy, Head ache happens when the physical body is not aligned to its spiritual nature and energy blocks are created, meditation of 15 minutes would make you feel better, breath in and out untill the pain softens, you really should not use medication at all as this weakens the physical system. and if you keep thinking it still isn't gone then guess what then it can't leave you because you invite it in through your thoughts Lessons 1) Thoughts create reality 2) Wheter you want it or not its comes 3) Be Positive and see the abudance stream in / See Negative and see sickness dominate. Happy i could share :) xxx Be Positive Angel. And if you still wonder it,, when i have this and i meditated behold its gone ;) every single time. Thats the power of positive intend and silencing the mind. and Aligning the Spiritual Flux Energy that runs through your being.
