Hello DrGUruindia,
Relationship are very fragile like flower petals and have to be nourished carefully. Otherwise even a small dose of ego can break them in a mere second.

Mutual trust builds a relationship and distrust just destroys it. You have have ego and relationship go hand in hand for a long time, need to choose one. Caring and sharing are the other needed aspects for a good long term sweet relationship.
