Until now, there are still a lot of Filipinos who want to verify their paypal using bdo debit card but paypal always say:
"We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. Please also make sure your credit card billing address matches your Paypal street address."
All of them have activated our internet banking and checked every information, commas, period, etc. and still no success. Have anyone successfully verified their paypal account using BDO DEBIT CARD.

Hello my friend,
BDO has no system can connect or accepted paypal account payment, withdrawal or other, so BDO debit card not really good idea for paypal. One bank I can recommended which I'm using now is Unionbank (their eon card, visa card), just open an account them telling them about you have paypal account - they will assist you. Please note in our country bank always need complete (full name- first name, middle initial and surname)name in the application, make it sure same information applied in your paypal account - becuase it will create a problem in your withdrawing.... I hope it helps to you... see you around

thanks so much. i search on the internet and there was one case that he was able to withdraw through bdo but the bank charged 200 pesos in his account. i also heard that eon does not charge anything or atleast 50 pesos.

You can add BDO debit card to your bank option in paypal but not to verify it since bdo debit card is not affiliated in paypal to lift the limit or as a verification card. Thus that person was able to withdraw using his bdo card but of course there's a charge of 200php similar to bpi.

I agree with Visavis! so far I am using the Union bank Eon card and it works well. You can visit UnionBank.ph for more infos about Eon card and paypal. And they also have there a video tutorial on how to use paypal and the Eon card. (^^,)

I inquired before about the BDO card and BPI, but they didn't know how to link it to paypal. But I can advise you to use Eon card of the Union Bank. And they have a lot of branches and it is easy to open an account. Try to visit their Unionbank.ph. for more infos. (^^,)

Hi there, I do not think it is possible to connect your paypal account with BDO debit card. They don't have a payment system like this. If I am not mistaken, Unionbank is the only bank that verifies paypal. I have been using Unionbank for several years now and I have not encountered any problems with them so far... Just visit the nearest Unionbank in your place and inquire about the debit card... goodluck!

First thing is Paypal will check means verify the details each and every thing so that your account will be secured and no body can't access to it. I have did that and its easy steps that i followed better check with the paypal account once again with FAQ'S there they will show list of countries where paypal exists.
