for my birthday last year i got a macbook, this also was my parents way of telling me that i was going to study abroad this year. now whenever i get a gift from my parent i always think that there a catch

My best birthday gift is a pair of new shoes. I was using some old shoes but my dad gave me a pair of italian shoes on my 35th birthday. I have also received monetary gifts,drinks,pair of t-shirt from school mates and friends.
