Which came first the Chicken or the Egg

Hahaha. XD Yes, indeed. Very obvious, if you think about it. :P
Eggs have been around for a long time. Technically, eggs came first. As far as I know, scientists still believe that birds are descendents of dinosaurs (or some species of dinosaur). If that is the case, going by evolution, eggs would continue to be laid, but the creatures within would develop differently, mutating. The creature would come from an egg, lay another, and so on. The end result would be from an egg, and therefore, the egg came first.
Of course, if you're going by the Bible, the chicken would come first. This really isn't a question about chickens and eggs, now is it?

Chicken. Have you ever heard God created an egg in the BIble? In the rare instance that the egg came first, how will it be able to hatch into a chicken by itself?
