An important meeting was held this afternoon in the company. They were talking about how to make a new plan for the sale of next month. The manager set up the goal for his teams, and required the members to give ideas about how to achieve the goal. The first person stood up,and talk a lot. However,as soon as he finished his talk, anther person stood up immediately, and said that the first person's idea was not good at all.He was offering his ideas excitedly, without noticing the first person's face was changing.
As the second person was talking more and more, the first person could not stand it any more.At last,he decided not to bear it any more,so he stood up for the second time, and shouted at the second person. An argument took place.
So guys, have you ever seen such affairs? How do you feel if your ideas are denied in public? If you are the person who is going to deny other's opinions, how will you express your opinions?

give a smile at the second person, do you know why if the first person change his face into red the second person get more confidence and power an if you smile at his he will loose his confidence to avoid us you can make sit him by this way after that and stand up and don't deny the second person just agree his ideas and modify your ideas with them by this you will get two things avoiding a upcoming enemy and you will get approved

We all have our own opinions of whatever. The first person from your story is right. An idea is better expressed with enthusiasm. The second person was however wrong on interrupting the first. He should have let the first person finish his speech before saying something. That is extremely rude what he did. He could have let the first person finish what he is saying.
