when i was younger i had my tonuge pierced but have found that my breath smells bad after having it done is there any good toothpastes or mouth washes that will get rid of it.

The best thing to do is to rinse your mouth after eating. You can use mouth wash but even just water is good enough. The problem with pierced tongues is that often food will get trapped in the hole. You will not notice it. Then it will rot in your mouth causing you to have stinky breath!
