can unverified US Paypal accounts accept payments?

Unverified US Paypal account, cannot send money, or withdraw, because the limit is at 0. I have two paypal account, one is US and one is for the Philippines, the other one is verified. But can unverified US paypal account received payment, because i need to received payment, the payment is only going to be sent on us paypal account. i am going to get it verified, but i need to get the payment asap. so can unverified US paypal account accept payment?

Why not try using AVS VCC friend? VCC has been licensed internationally with a elatively long period expired. Good luck.

can unverified US Paypal accounts accept payments? YES, However you will be having troubling in withdrawing your account later since you are not unverified member of paypal.
