hmmm what exactly you wanna do on your profile page on facebook...well facebook have gone more better now..it now has lot s of profile background available and i think alot of users now has it..im excluded tho since i like mine plain hehe.
if its the looks you wanna enhance, maybe you could try the the layout thing on the upper right part. there is a button there...the rest u could get by exploring..its pretty easy anyway :)
