Mirena what do you think?

Hello all, I'm currently a mother of 2 and my youngest is 19 months. At this point in time I am trying to control not having another surprise turn up for a little while. I have seen the commercials about Mirena and am kind of interested but when I hear those possible side effects I get a little nervous. I would like to know what you ladies think about it. Woman who have or are using it would be great to hear from as well. Please enlighten me on this form of birth control
