How Does One Cope?

A dear Friend of mine from my elementary days died, in a tragic way. He was a pilot for the Philippine Airforce. Up until now, I still don't accept that he is no longer with us... He was my first ever bestfriend. He's survived by his wife and 3 children... As his friend, how do you cope with grief? I couldn't imagine what his wife is going through right now.... I still visit his page in Facebook and read all the comments on his wall... A lot of his friends are hurting... But I believe his family is hurt the most.... How do you cope when one tragic news reaches you? How do you smile when all you feel is that unbearable pain, crippling you into nothingness? I still feel that way sometimes...
