Today we got our new boss because our old boss because of promotion transfered into new department. I think its my bad luck new boss demand extra respect (TC) and I have very bad habit I only concentrate on my work which I do with honesty and never involve in extra activities like TC. So I am smelling a clash with my new boss.
Is there any possible way to avoid this clash? please help me in this regard.

Yes. Ask to see him Privately and explain how you do your work. I think he will understand if you come straight out with it. That way he doesn't get the wrong idea. Good Luck.

Sometimes this can be a problem when you are in a work place and someone is promoted and moves on, and someone new comes in their place. The issue can be not knowing how you are supposed to react around them, and if you just carry on like before, or need to be a little more talkative, etc. as well. I think the best thing overall is just to give it time, and see what transpires from there. Find out what is expected and give it your all.

The only thing I can advice to you is to never clash with your boss. Of course, there are things you will not approve once he ordered you to do something, but he is your boss, you have to follow his rules. Just obey his rules and everything will be fine. Do not do anything that can be wrong you and you can be judged by him. As much as possible starts a friendly environment with him since he is the boss and the boss is always right. It is hard to find jobs this day, you have one so you have to take care of it. Perform well.

Hi. isloooboy. I think that you should just stay out of his way. Avoid talking to him and causing any trouble. This is all that you can do. If he gives you trouble when you are not giving him any trouble, then that means that you should contact your manager about him then. I don't like dealing with a boss that I know will try to start mess with me. This is a way for him to try to pin something on me that I have done that is bad. Your boss will be looking for you to mess up, so don't even try to give him any reason to believe this. This is one of the reasons why I have chose to not work, because of nasty bosses.

I think you should be doing the work as you were in the past and avoiding clashing with your boss. I hope you will gain some self respect soon. Give your best shot and leave the rest to GOD.

Hi there,
It is inevitable that when a new boss is hired the atmosphere at times feels a bit different. Because they are the boss, we have to abide by all changes. Simply do as usual with doing your job and allow the new boss to blend in with the rest of you.
There may be unfavorable changes, just try and keep and open mind and you might be surprised that he/she might just be better or on average an a okay boss. Sometimes a new boss also ruins an employees feelings about their job.
Until you get to know more I would only suggest to continue being you and hope that all goes well.

flagaz read the situation very well my old boss was very friendly in nature and he was such gentle person too.
What fear is in my mind, "New boss is self lover kinda a personality" who eagerly demand not want but demand we say nice words for him like, "Boss you are the one and only on this planet who is very kind, gentle, genius and very sharp minded person. I think I can not lie for nothing but most of the time my work suffer because of sitting in front of him and doing nothing but lying.
Anyway, "Today I gave gesture that I am not the right person to demand such things" because our DDO was saying Boss did not liked you and 3 other persons and he asked for his opinion. DDO told him that they are good worker and they love to speak through their work.
Lets hope for the good
