Love is Blind. How?

I think when you're in love you don't see things clearly like all you see you is your lover. It is like your lover is the most important thing in your mind and no matter what anyone else says about him, you will stick to his side.

Love is blind in the sense that you still forgive each other even if there are many bad things happens over and over again. And even there are some people always say bad things about the two of you, you still love each other. In loving someone you'll become blind and deaf you'll never mind if he's/she's ugly.

Since then i also hear that phrases and now i am old still hear but i can still see. The phrase is some kind of a parable about love. Try to relate a blind person to love and the blind man cannot see he only rely on his feelings. He cannot see how the looks of his surroundings. Even the girl he loves. So this means that if we feel the love we are blind because we cannot see the physical looks of our loved one. Even that they are very fat or thin or ugly face or pretty. The most we use is our heart to see. And this is what we called love.

Love is not blind, it sees but it doesn't mind.

But, just in case you really need an answer, for me LOVE IS BLIND means that, when you are in love, you're blind - you don't see anything bad about him or her. Physically, mentally and emotionally, you don't see any mistakes.All you see is good because you're in love with him or her! I wish I answered your question, dear.

luv is blind has the same mean as the sentence says. it is said becoz if you luv ur partner a lot, you started believing him blindly , wheather he/she is right or wrong. you not be able to see her real face, you always see his/her good things, not focus on something happen wrong.

Hi lou, when a person is in love he/she tends to overlook many obvious faults that may later become an issue of conflict,if their relationship continues and becomes stronger.You become blind and deaf to many obvious qualities that may create problems later on in your relationship.I guess thats what is meant by this sentence ...all the best and enjoy your weekend

hmmm do you mean the construction of the sentence? or the meaning hehe joke! well if its the meaning well sometimes it is maybe some kinda scapegoat. a lover's alibi on their perseverance and tolerance on or in a relationship...things that may seem crazy or more than enough for a relationship but they still do for the sake of love. wherein they tend to be passive and be more submissive for the sake of love. things we call martyrdom that they still do for the sake of love... ehhhhh well this sentence is the one they tend to blame for all their actions and efforts given for the sake of Love :)...but in the real sense...its really not blind...maybe it is made for the benefit of the blame on actions and efforts give for the sake of love that when its too much we categorized as martyrdom :)so as not to get much criticism on on too much of actions involving love :)
