Best Airline To Fy A Pet On ?

Unfortunately I recently did a lot of research for flying with pets (in the US) and came up with nothing helpful whatsoever. I wanted to transport cats (each under 20lbs) and every airline I checked into had one policy or another that prevented me from being able to fly with them - mainly the fact that most of the ones that allow pets at all, require them to be small enough to stow UNDER YOUR SEAT. How many people actually have pets that small...? Even most small dogs couldn't fit in that small space. The only adult animal I could think of that could stand up under an airplane seat might be a dachshund. Aside from that, I suppose you could travel with small kittens and puppies. My only suggestion would be to go to the website of every available airline that flies to and from the areas you need and check their policies directly. Good luck.
