I do not know if this will work for you.
The other time the joints in my legs were painful but i realised that when I was taking dates during ramadhan that they were not painful at all. When I stop they became painful again so now I take dates every few days.
Sometimes I forget and my joints become painful again. Then when I take the dates, after a few hours they are alright.
There are some other things I think that keeps me healhty too, like garlic. When I dun take them on regular basis, i will start to have a cold.
There are a lot of things that may cause you to feel sickly, like stress.
I think if you take time and observe what you do that makes you sick and what that makes you healthy, you will know what works and what will not work.

Hi indahfth,
A healthy diet, drink plenty of water and make sure you are not deficient in certain areas like anemia deficiency. If so you need to either take some vitamin supplements and or increase your iron/deficient nutrients.
It seems you are exercising regularly with all the chores you speak about so I do not find it to be lack of exercise. Have you had any check ups to make sure you are not lacking vitamins?
Maybe you just need a bit of rest like additional sleep because sometimes our bodies can take only so much and if not properly resting it may be catching up.

indahfth,
Sounds like you also need some good sleep too. Maybe take one day and get to bed earlier and rest the additional hours. That might help as well.

I am not healthy as of the moment. I am ill and I am taking medication. I believe, our health will be based on our lifestyle. If we are an employee and we always rush for food during breaktime and everywhere outside the office are fast foods, then maybe we will just enter the fastfood restaurant and order what is there. The foods are delicious of course and since we are hungry and in a hurry we not care if it is healthy or can only give damages to us in the future. If we do not exercise too and do not have a proper diet, do not take vitamins and do not sleep atleast 8 hours or 6 hours a day, then our health condition will have its payback time when we get old. That is the only thing I know for being healthy. I, myself fail to do that and look what happens to me. Anyway, this is not end of it, I still have chances and I have to move now.

I think it's very difficult when you are working and you don't have a whole lot of time on your hands. However, there's always some kind of exercise that you can do and it only takes ten minutes. I personally enjoy cycling and I cycle everwhere. I do this on a daily basis and it helps me to remain fit as well as sane! Without my cycling I don't know where I would be. It sounds like you are in a difficult situation yourself.
Is there anyway you can do some kind of exercise if only for ten minutes? I would strongly recommend that you do this and you can do a little each day. You have to find something that you enjoy doing though. There's no point in doing exercise that you don't enjoy as there is the danger that you will quit or give up completely. I wish you well indahfth. Andrew

I believe that stress and depression are the biggest culprits to bad health. Eating a healthy diet and doing adequate exercise are the start but I think the mind has to be at peace too in order for the body to feel really good. A good friend to confide in is another ingredient to good health. I hope you feel better soon.

I took the simple way, just keep your mind empty from garbage, empty your heart from garbage, see all things with good taught, value your live and other with the best value even to your enemy (in islam called husnudzon, you know it better).
Take some exercise at least twice a week
Consume healthy food, drink enough water, consume less fast food.
and the important thing is always pray to God, Alloh SWT.

I believe that I was blessed with good genes. I am rarely really sick, although I do have a couple of cronic conditions, osteoarthritis and multiple sclerosis. To stay healthy in spite of those conditions, I eat a variety of foods, walk a lot and do yoga. I work in the vegetable garden and flower beds. I am happy because I have a lot of friends, both in and out of the church. I believe that being happy is the real secret to good health.

Health is wealth, and i cannot say that i am in a good health although i seldom got sick and i pray that i will not get sick. I know that we need to have exercise, balance diet, plenty of fluid, enough rest, sleep at the right time and early to rise and it is important that we have a regular general check-up so that everything is in shape. And do not take those things that are harmful to our body...

I eat properly, sleep early and don't stress myself too much. Just enjoy life and take it one day at a time. Stop your worries and smile always.

You maintain consistant practices. You brush your teeth daily. You exercise three or more times a week. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Stress and worry aren't going to help this any. Lack of sleep won't either. Grape juice, prune juice and kidney beans are high in iron and will help your blood get back to health.

I will tell you the secret to good health!
It consists of two rules: eat well and exercise.
There is really no great secret to having good health. All you have to do is eat well and exercise like I said and don't take this to an extreme, everything in life is balance so keep this balance and you will keep good health.
Eating well doesn't mean being a vegetarian or only eating organic food like everyone is trying to shove down out throats now a days. You can eat what you want when you want as long as you keep your diet balanced. If you will only listen to your body it will tell you what it needs. Sometimes our cravings are our body's way of telling us what it need. Our body knows what kind of nutrients it needs it just cannot tell us that information easily. We have to take an interest in our diet and choose to eat wisely. Eat meat and fish; this is important protein for the brain and body. We are carnivores by design and nature; embrace it and eat what your body what designed to be fueled by. As far as the rest of the food chain, try to keep it balanced and listen to what your body needs. I have never been a great lover of fruit but that doesn't mean that I don't need a little fruit sometimes. As far as your diet goes, eat what you want as long as you keep it balanced and don't eat to obesity.
For the exercise part, this is as important as eating or even more so. You can exercise any way you want. It does not matter in what way your body gets exercise as long as you do it. By exercise, I mean pushing your body to certain limits and duration. This is how you build muscle and burn off excess fat. Without exercise you will definitely not have good health and while you may get by for a while you will be punished for not exercising in the long run. Some people jog while others lift weights. Some row boats while even other go to extreme sports like jumping out of airplane. All you have to do is stay active outdoors. Yes, I said outdoors. We get vitamin D from the sun and we need it. Our bodies are living things just like plants and we need the sun to grow and prosper. Just get outside and get involved in some sort of activity that will exercise your body.
Simple: eat and exercise. Trust me on this and you will lead a very healthy life.

If you know what your health problems are, then maybe you can get some assistance in knowing what would be right to get you feeling more healthy again.
Of course diet, water and all other stuff comes into play, but stress can play a huge problem in our health.
When I am really stressed I come to my bedroom after making a cup of hot tea. I will sit here on the computer and just relax and watch a movie or come find new friends here on mylot to discuss with.
I have chronic pain so I find keeping my mind off my pain is the best ploy for me.
I have different flavored teas to just unwind with and also I love to craft.
I cross stitch and knit. Again occupies my mind and takes my mind somewhere other than my illnesses. Hope some of the things I do might help you.
