Your premise is still wrong. People SHOULD be able to control their urges (hormones have very little to do with it) and, if they don't, they can become criminals. The law (in most countries) is quite clear on that. Listen, YOU are responsible for your actions and for your respect for other human beings. You CANNOT blame your hormones or the way that women choose to dress. If you cannot be responsible for your actions, you DESERVE to be locked up.

like I said, a woman can dress in any way she finds suitable. Culture, tradition, and situation may play a role in her choice of clothing. If a girl wears a two-piece on the beach, it doesn't mean she is giving a go signal to all the men to rape her neither does it call for less respect from society be it from males or fellow females. Even the most covered and modest woman in the world can get raped by a malicious man the same way an unshared password can be hacked.

Share your password with everyone and if something happens to your account, it's not your fault, right? If yes, then how many people do you know who share their password with everyone? Sometimes, I really wonder why females tend to dress like that, beauty is a gift of god they should preserve it and not expose it.
