why you girls want to change your dressing trend, why you want to become hot stuff around the streets, why you don't cover your body?
not only in my words but also survey of BBC says men like girls who fully covered the body

when I look for a sexy dress,I look for a dress that covers my body but shows off my curves.I am also a fan of backless dresses.I consider my back sexy.I always consider a dress with an open back and sleeves sexier than dresses that don't have sleeves.when I wear a sexy dress,I feel confident about myself, but I don't really ravel in the attention coming from men.this makes me cold and indifferent, but that's ok.I wear sexy dresses for myself, not for anybody else.

oh yeah well exp erts say the rapist looks for a meek mild unfashionably dressed woman who he can overpower and get his
kicks in scarin her silly even before he rapes her. You are gioving me the idea all mern are born rapists and thats reallyinsulting to a lot of good men i know.rape according to police and hospitals is a power play and he wants to degrade and humiliate her for all hes worth then rape.all men do not rape anyonejust a few perverted sick in the heads ones.

Well, I would say 'Why don't men control their urges? Why think that you have to rape any woman who is half naked?'
What you are actually saying is a repeat of the age-old argument that "rape is at least partly implicit 'consent' by the woman". It is NOT and never will be. Rape is a crime and it is ALWAYS a crime of violence without consent. In the case of a male rapist, it is the MAN who is wholly responsible.

What you are saying is correct but not everyone thinks like you, and even if someone thinks like you, not everyone can control their hormones, won't you agree with me?

Your premise is still wrong. People SHOULD be able to control their urges (hormones have very little to do with it) and, if they don't, they can become criminals. The law (in most countries) is quite clear on that.
Listen, YOU are responsible for your actions and for your respect for other human beings. You CANNOT blame your hormones or the way that women choose to dress. If you cannot be responsible for your actions, you DESERVE to be locked up.

(Sorry, I meant that the Discussion Owner's premise is still wrong. If you are agreeing with him, however, it is YOUR premise as much as his!)

First of all, "hot dress" doesn't automatically mean skimpy clothing. A girl or woman can be considered "hot" and desirable even with only her eyes uncovered. Second, choice of body covering is cultural (ethnic, pop-culture, even financial constraints.) In some cultures, women and girls wear nothing to cover their chests and bosom. Third, free will, a girl can dress in any way she wants as she fits. Lastly, girls' choice of clothing should not be blamed for the increase in rape cases.

like I said, a woman can dress in any way she finds suitable. Culture, tradition, and situation may play a role in her choice of clothing. If a girl wears a two-piece on the beach, it doesn't mean she is giving a go signal to all the men to rape her neither does it call for less respect from society be it from males or fellow females.
Even the most covered and modest woman in the world can get raped by a malicious man the same way an unshared password can be hacked.

Share your password with everyone and if something happens to your account, it's not your fault, right?
If yes, then how many people do you know who share their password with everyone?
Sometimes, I really wonder why females tend to dress like that, beauty is a gift of god they should preserve it and not expose it.
It's funny that all the girls know that they should protect their password from others but they don't know that they should protect their body.
Increasing rape cases are not ONLY caused due to the clothes that females are wearing but also due to so many other factors but yes, dressing sense does changes the attitude of men towards the individual female.
Amount of clothes and good manners are directly proportional to the respect that a female gets in society by anyone, let it be males or other females.

Hmm... I'm not one of those 'fashionable' girls who wear 'hot dresses'. =P
But anyway, I will try to answer your question still...
I guess girls feel sexy when they wear these things you call 'hot dresses'. They enjoy it when guys take notice of them and think they are beautiful or attractive. It boosts their confidence. And they feel good about their body.
Survey says men like girls who fully cover the body? Hmm... interesting...
