I want to start a website/blog, and I want to know which service I should use??

Hey guys, I was hoping to start a website about some of the different ways I earn money online. However, I'm stuck between whether I should create an actual website, or just a blog. If I create a website, I will probably use Weebly, and if I create a blog, I will probably use Blogger. I've used them both before and know them very well. Which is more effective? As in, which one is more popular and would get me more views? I'm probably going to attach AdSense to whatever I use, but that isn't as big a factor. Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!!!
