What made you stay single?

People are rational creatures......so that being said, what are you're reasons for being single? Me? I'm still single because I am not ready and am a bit scared of being in a relationship with someone. I believe that in order to be in a relationship my "mind should be over my heart". Until I achieve that, I am staying single.

There is more freedom in being single than there is in being in a relationship. This will sound selfish but I can do what I want and there is nobody else I have to include in the decisions I make.

That doesn't sound selfish. Your stating a fact, lesser responsibilities when your single.

What made me stay single? Maybe it's just that I haven't met the right person yet. I have not felt like opening my heart for someone. Maybe it's just not time but I'm very hopeful that it would be soon.

People stay single for some reasons. I have a friend who stayed single after she broke up with her boyfriend. She was hurt and she's scared to be in a relationship again.

I didn't found the right guy for myself and i'm afraid of marriage or serious commitment as well. So i'm moving away from such thinking. I feel comfortable with being single. Nothing wrong with that.
