Are your toes clean?

I have read a magazine which says "treat your toes like your hands." I also thought that we often clean our hands but not our toes. Do you take good care of your toes?

I'm a bit of a hippy and spend about 90% of the day barefoot... I consider that taking care of my toes, since they're in a natural environment and not squashed into shoes, but it probably isn't what the magazines mean.

I don't take enough care of my toes. The nails usually grow pretty long before I realize I need to clip them, and a lot of dirt gets under them. But since I live in a dry, warm area, I usually wear sandals. So my toes always have a lot of room to breathe.
