How people do that?

I just don't understand some people, they can have full of energy to party all night long, and still, he/she simply need 2 or 3 hours rest, they can go to work the next day morning, just holding a cup of coffee to keep them awake. For me, if I party all night long with proper rest, I might need to call in sick instead for that day. For instance, my cousin can party until 2:00 A.M. in the morning, and got home to get rest for 3 hours. Next day, he only stop by Dunkin Donut, or Starbucks to pick a cup of coffee, he just go to work for straight 8 hours. I just wonder how he do it.

I imagine that type of person you're describing will pay for it at some point. They certainly won't be able to keep it up throughout a long lifetime so more power to 'em while they still have the energy. Just be careful out there. I don't want any blood in my sewers. Rat out.

hi kingparker, I am a party person also but I have an obligations too so I need to set my mind that I need to wake up early and my work is waiting for me . Some people have mind setting about enjoying life and having an obligations or maybe because of the stamina they have (no offense meant) Sometimes I asked myself also how I am able to do it happy mylotting

That just amazing though, with all these energy on partying and drinking, while they can still keep up with their daily obligation. I might consider myself weak, and not a party type of guy.

I used to be able to do this when I was younger but it sure wasn't easy. I stayed motivated because I needed the money and had bills to pay though. That was how I did it. I wanted tohave fun but I also did not want to screw things up for my future and job either. I cannot do it anymore though. Makes me too tired.

I think that people just get so used to this. Their bodies are equipped to deal with the long hours of partying and hanging out. I know that for my own self, I could not party all night long, then go home to only get a few hours of rest, then to have oneself at work very soon. It is just very impossible. I myself don't see how they can do this either. "I call it party energy."

Yeah I don't know how some people can do that because I would need at least seven to right hours of sleep to be ready for the next day. If I have school the next day than I will not party and if I do I leave early so that I can finish everything and get my sleep. For me I am not much of a party person I am pretty much happy with out partying. Don't get me wrong I think that parties are fun, but for me it's like once in a while that I like to party.

I used to do that: it can be done, and I can remember feeling great following a night's partying and a few hours sleep. But there will usually be an eventual crash! I think it's fair to say that it can be done on an occasional basis: three hours deep sleep is actually enough to refresh a person. But they will need to catch up. More often than not, they will not be able to live like this indefinitely and pursue a normal existence. It is perfectly possible for a person to party much of the night and then feel fine the next days after just a few hours sleep, but that night, they will usually have to catch up big time. Of course, you hear the stories of Rock and Roll hellraisers who party constantly on very little sleep; but they are in the minority I'd say. And it could be argued they lead far from conventional existences.

I'm sure that your quality of work would be alot higher than his, as your self sense of pride is. I love to party the night away but at the right times, its important to have a balance between your social life, your business life and your family life when you can succeed in all three you are truly successful. I think you are wise also for your age. even though i am young. i would still probably party.

I think a lot of people can manage to still go to work after a night of partying. I guess it's borne out of necessity also. I mean, they have to lest they get fired or something. But I don't think they could really perform at their optimum level with only a few hours of sleep. I know I can't. I'm more productive at work when I had gotten a proper sleep compared to those days wherein I came home late partying.

I know what you mean, some people just party all night long get a couple of hours sleep and then go to work the next day still full of energy, well actually not really, because normally if they are still full of energy this will only last so long before they crash out and are absolutely exhausted. All of this energy burning time it does catch up with you sooner or later and the effects are usually worse the longer you leave it. I once had to stay up all night to beat the deadline and is I felt very awake all through it and even I was amazed at how I didn't feel that tired. But as soon as I handed in my work and went home to rest I slept and slept, and when I woke up I felt awful like I had a really bad hangover or something, but I was just over exhausted and it took a couple of days before I got back to normal. So it does all catch up with you!

I think it depends on the person, and what they're use to. I'm sure some people have had that habit for at least a couple of years and so they got use to it. I know that I can't do that, no matter what I do to train myself.
