Hi Amrita, Its ok to upload almost any file to file sharing websites- except for some websites which are very strict in copyright issue. check what the other people are uploading. that's the best way to know it. And its perfectly ok to upload your tutorials- provided they are authored by you. i have seen people usually uploading music, old novel ebooks, games, videos, etc. Anyway all the best dear.
