Have you noticed the extreme change in our climate? It's not good for the health

The temperature here in the Philippines is going up and during noon time, the heat is unbearable. Just this noon, I got an asthma attack because of the extreme heat. I called my therapist to give me a massage so that my back would not hurt from coughing. I bought vitamin C but I cannot really tolerate the heat and I feel like I would die early because of the sudden shift of weather.
What's the best way to increase my strength and immunity?

Thanks sunny5u. Actually, just this morning, I consumed two bottles of orange juice and one 200 mg bottled water. My tummy becomes bloated because of the liquid intake. But it is okay though and it freshens me up.
Thanks of the advise. It surely helps.

Poor guy. In the states here, we also experiencing the sharply change in weather. The heat just unbearable here too. I just can't take it no more. I have to take off my shirt, and I have to turn on the fan too. I wish that I can purchase myself a portable A/C, because my father won't allow us to turn on the house A/C to save the electricity bill.

Hi kingparker.
That is another problem that we have to contend with, the electric bill. It is getting more difficult for us to live comfortably because of the financial difficulties. It would be nice if we can by gadgets that would help us be more comfortable.
Thanks for commenting. Have a nice day.

Yes the temperature in my country are bad and get worst with the stupid1 development without knowiong the consequence of the environment impact, for example building hotels in seaside removing the mangrove swamps causing flash floods and population to the seaside and also chopping trees around hills for development causing big landslide and even big cities are facing flash floods worst never seen before because stupid1 drainage is poor.Extreme weather plus human stupidity equals disaster.

Hi kukueye.
It shows us that what people consider as development may not entirely be beneficial for us. It is people who thought of these things yet our thought is not the same with the Creator of nature. What we should do as humans is to preserve and take care of the things that God has given us. Which many has forgotten already.

hey there snowhybiscuis! I'm not a health expert but I do know what you mean about having the heat affect our body. It's very uncomfortable right? I mean, it's good to have some heat but the heat here in the Philippines i really unbearable. I can't really recommend you any special things to do or to eat in order to increase your immune system but instead rest and eat healthy.
Happy mylotting!

Thanks tecchigurl. One thing I do is to take the heat out of my mind. Being so conscious about it sometimes aggravates what we feel physically. I also have increased the ventilation.
Have a nice day.

Yeah. We cannot blame it to anyone else except us humans. Anyway, if people would participate and pitch in with environmental preservation activities, it may improve the weather or climate.

we can see the climate has a great change during those years, somebody said 2011 is the end of the world,we often hear here earthquake happend there paroxysmal erupted and so on,why the earth's plates are so actively,is it true that 2011 is the end of the world?

Hi Sunshine2010.
I believe it is not true. Only God knows when he would end the world. The bible tells us that we would be encountering these difficulties like war, famine, etc. then the judgment day will come. But prior to that, people would experience something that we haven't experienced before. We haven't seen that yet. What we experience now are things that has also happened before.
Now, if the end of the world would come, what we can do is pray. Only God can help us when that time comes.

Are you sure it's from the heat? It used to get to almost 50 degrees Celsius here years ago & my hay fever at the time never played up. Get tested properly before self-diagnosing. I reckon there's every chance your asthma now is due to you breathing in increased quantities of Greenhouse Gases like methane & nitrous oxides from your booming livestock industries. These gases & this industry is responsible far more than any other for the climate change / global warming we are now seeing than all the other carbon producing industries & transport on earth put together. Methane traps heat 72 times more effectively than carbon dioxides. Nitrous oxides likewise trap atmospheric heat over 300 times more effectively than carbon dioxides. The livestock industry is responsible for about 80% of all sources of emission of these gases worldwide. To boycott these industries of slaughter by living entirely on a plant-based diet is the most effective, efficient & least expensive way any individual anywhere can make the most difference to halting climate change & cleansing our earth.

I am not so conscious of all those you've mentioned. I live in the city though and if what you've mentioned are true, I hope our government can think of a way to prevent the increase of nitrous oxides.
Anyway, with regards to my asthma, the last time I had it was a year and a half ago. But now that it is recurring, I noticed that it was because of the terrible heat that I am experiencing and that the heat gives me headache.
Thanks for the information you've shared. I guess it gives me an awareness of the other elements that are not seen or noticed of in the environment we live in.

To time each day is different.I can tell you here today as the morning sun was shining and it was so warm that you could go to the beach.A afternoon poured a torrential rain was cold.
This is not normal. And can really affect our health.May be ill just so because we no longerr know how to put on.The weather is constantly changing.Power of imumiteta do not know how you can increase.
So far I had not thought about because I have not had a problem with the immune system but with time this problem should see.But I know that was here with us a royal jelly which tasted.
Have a nice day!

Hi nezavisima. So, it's no different in your part of the world. The climate has entirely shifted and scientists has predicted this long time ago already. Do you participate in any activities that would preserve or at least improve the climate? I do. I participate in tree planting activity.
Have a nice day.

Well, summer has never been a good season for me. Summer in the Philippines is worse since it makes me sweat profusely. I have also noticed that there is an extreme change since heat like this has never happened before. It is also not good for the health as heat stroke is a common illness that affects many Filipinos nowadays.
