Did anyone see what those people who were preaching that the world was going to end on May 21st? I am curious to know what those people had to say after it didn't happen. I do beleive that Jesus is going to come back however I don't think we are ever going to be prepared when he does come I dont think we will ever be able to pick a date.

I was also waiting from the news channel any comment from the Family Radio, who predicted the Judgment Day. But I just saw from the news that their office was closed. I also do not believe that the world will not end on May 21. However, while hearing this claim, I also reflected on what the world was when Jesus Christ was here. He too was criticized. How can we distinguish false prophets from the real ones?

i had no idea what are their reactions. But what i can say is that there's no exact date when will be the second coming of Christ. But while we are waiting for HIS coming, we must always be prepared. And i would like to share to all of you this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TyoQsJIPiV0&feature=related

Yes, I would like to know too what are those people are saying right now. Maybe they we're still hiding under their bed.
We just have to be ready to face God whenever the time come. Let's just do the right thing, do good deeds for our neighbors, start asking for forgiveness for all the sins we have done and pray hard.

Hi babygirl,
I don't know how those people made this prediction. but if we pay attention to similar groups which have been predicting the doomsday since many years ago, we can see that these groups always reason "it's not God's time yet", "God changes His plan" or other similar responses when their prediction is wrong.
I think these people are just wasting their time and make fool of themselves as they are predicting something which is clearly unpredictable. even God Himself had said that nobody knows when the time will come, except He Himself.
Doomsday is not our business at all. it's God's business. and we don't have to join this business. what we can do now (if we are Christians) is preparing for this doomsday by doing good things that Jesus had told us to do to glorify His name. and for me, personally, and for other Christians, to believe that Jesus is the only savior.
