It is good to eat but it is also a hard job to eat. It is because eating will always spend lots of our energy and that will make up feel drowsy and sleepy after lunch. Sometimes, when we spend too much energy on the on the morning work, we will start to get tire by the lunch hour. We will be more tired after we have lots of energy to eat our lunch and it will make us feel more tired than those time on the morning. What do you think?

In some countries, it is a custom to take a nap after lunch, so very nice. Not for me, I need to continue working after lunch. In our company, the worst thing to do is to have to attend a meeting held right after lunch time. You can see everybody wearing a sleepy face but all struggling to stay awake to discuss the agenda of the meeting. Most of the time, people would agree on things more easily simply because they just want to end the meeting sooner and leave.

Yes, I heard of that too. It would be nice to take a nap in the afternoon . Actually, it will really increase the employees job effectiveness.I didn't have my after noon nap at for a long time already because I have to used all my energy to get a job and also work in with the internet in order to get a few bucks for the time being. I have no choice since it is the most difficult time for my life at this moment and I have to try my best to solve the jobless situation as soon as possible. Mylot can help me to get around $10 every month but I think this money can only cover what I have spent my time in mylot in terms to electricity payment .Well, that's about my situation for the time being and I hope all these problems can be over soon. Happy mylot.

I feel drowsy ( sleepy ) during the after if I fail to sleep on time during the night hour. There are time I browse the internet till 12 midnight. Because of my going to bed very late into the night, I always feel sleepy during the afternoon hour. I also feel sleep if I eat some certain kind of food. There are times I eat beans and that makes me tired like a log of wood and I had to sleep and sleep and sleep during the daytime.

Sometimes I get drowsy, but most of the times not really. Perhaps it's one of your sleeping patterns that you have come accustomed to sleeping in the midday. However, overeating could also lead to drowsiness after meals. One cooking show and health channel said that eating eggs for lunch could avoid sleepiness or drowsiness after lunch. You should try that if you need to work instead of sleep.

It's doesn't necessary have to be afternoon or after lunch for me. I get sleepy easily - which is a very huge problem. If I stay quite doing nothing for so long, the weather too hot or too cold or even listening to a very slow song, I would definitely become sleepy after that. That's why I always need energy drink or coffee.

It depends on the kind of job that I have. When I had a factory job and could sit down, I had to stand up to keep from falling asleep. I got fired anyway. When I worked in the laundry, it didn't matter because I enjoyed that job and it wasn't boring. Plus, at the laundry job, I worked all those calories off.

OK - you have told something practical.. Drowsy may even occur if you are more tired, working more with your brain (thinking a lot),improper sleep at night and even if your digestion is not alright and did not have proper motion that day, and adding the last one is age. All these are also the cuses for drowsiness.
