I am working in BPO for about 3 Years. First I thought it was the worst job in the world because we get too many thing to do and along that we used to get irate customer which is very difficult to handle. The main problem is beacause of the shift timing. The management will call you at any point of a time. It is also very difficult to grab a leave in BPO sector. BPO or call center is something which can not declear a holiday. I was thinking of changing my job profile beacause of the stress but later on I got to know that there is very fast growth in BPO and is also providing good packedge.
