I can't handle this heat, it just too hot

I know what you mean. It has been very hot and humid here also. We turn on our air conditioner. I know itmakes the bill go up but we cannot stand to be hot.

Oh yeah, the weather has been pretty unusual this year. It gets too hot, too cold, too stormy, depending on where you are. Here on the Canadian side too, there has been heavy snow-falls even right in the month of May. We were saying that Spring just didn't want to come alone. So it brought along it's best friend Winter !

Ha ha, I'll trade you. Up until a couple of days ago, it was still snowing here. I don't know what kind of summer we're going to have-my husband keeps asking me, and I have to keep reassuring him that yes, it is going to be summer, lol! I hope you get a fan soon. I hate it when it gets hot, too.

Good day kingparker, The weather for the past weeks has been terribly changing. As the hot season really annoying. Same as you, there are times, I am planning to purchase an A/C however, I dont have enough budget for the unit and aside from that, my electricity bill will just turn high the moment I use and A/C. The only thing I am doing, before going to bed for sleep, I try to wash my feet with a ice cold water so I can feel cold whenever the electric fan blew the air on my feet. hi, yeah,even me had plan to buy an air-conditioned appliances because i cant resist the heat now even though the rain season already here.sometimes i need to open two fans so that the heat will reduce.

here in belgium it is like 20° and nice warm weather :) i hope that when summer begins here it will be alot warmer :)

Hi,kingparker I'm so sorry to hear that...and take care of yourself.. the highest tempreture I have experienced is 40 centigrade...just for several hours... Besides, I have an aircondition,,,so I won't go out if it's hot.... if you have to save the energy,,I think you'd better use some cool water to wash your body...and you'd better stay in room,the outside exercises are forbidden..

This is really odd and so frustrating. I thought the it would rain for at least 2 days just to have a colder weather,but no it just rained for an hour and then stopped and made the surroundings more humid and gives me headache too.

Yes,It's the same in our country we are having a very hot weather.It's almost wet season but still the heat is unbearable.It's alright for those who can afford an A/C to help them cool off a bit but if you are saving on electricity like you said then it's really a sacrifice.The weather now is really unpredictable.I hope tomorrow it will be cooler.

The weather really changed a lot, and the temperature keep rising all the time, we use to be able to play out door without any shade, but now, you can never play under the hot sun more than an hour and you will definitely get burns.

Calm down..just few more weeks to go to enjoy the cold breeze and rain. Summers are not forever, just think about the days to come and cool down a bit. By next summer convince your father to get an A/C, so you dont have to suffer the same next time.

You are standing the heat now,and Iam standing the cold now,the weather changes too suddenly,last friday,it was very hot,everybody wear a little,then on saturday‘s morning,the temperature fell down nearly 20 degrees,it's hardly image,it's so coldand it rained all day long. Many people catch cold,and i don't know how long the weather will last,i am in the same situation with you,let's both wish the weather be more comfortable.

I can totally relate. The weather here is totally insane. It gets very, very hot and then after a day or two it'll rain and we will get a cold weather. I have known lots of people who have been sick due to the drastic weather change. We do not have A/C and I'm still resisting myself from buying one. I'm the one who pays our electtronic bill and if I buy an A/C, I'll have to pay for the electricity bill which I believe will skyrocket in no time.

yes also here in the philippines it is so damn hot!! can do my hobbies because its too hot in our area its not comfortable to stay at home or to sleep.. we turn on our 5 electric fan to lessen the heat but the problem is the bill will goes on and on and on.....

Oh I know how you feel it's really hot here as well most especially during the midday! Sometimes when we can't stand it anymore (most of my brothers and I are at home for the summer) we usually just bring our computers and laptops and stay in one room and turn the air conditioner on. However, there are days when we can't really use the AC primarily because the cost of electricity is too high, then we go for the next best thing - lemonade! or anything we can make and put a lot of ice there to keep up cool. Whew! I'm grateful though that we get cooler nights else I'd be tossing and turning to get some sleep. Although, when there are hot nights, nothing a cool shower or bath could not get rid of. Try it, try taking a bath in icy water. It would really make you feel good at night and you could sleep through it like a baby. Good luck! Have a great MyLot experience today!

That is absolutely correct! It is soooo hot these past few days. You can't even stay at one place because you'll be sweaty in minutes if you don't have the a/c turned on. Or if you don't, you have to have the fan focused on you or else it would be really uncomfortable. It is correct that this is the time of the year wherein electricity consumption is very high because of the hot weather. We may then just try to save up on the next months when the weather is already tolerable but right now, we use the a/c to cool ourselves.

Yes, it was rather hot though Pag-Asa already declared that rainy season already started. We have to take a bath a lot maybe at least twice a day to be fresher, but then, it is accompanied by another problem which is water shortage.

hello, Oh yeah, that is true but now here in our country we have a cool place now because its raining. The summer just end up and i am really thankful to it. Because I do experience your experience and I cant even sleep at night. I find a solution to that, ha ha by going to mall and just make some window shopping and that's it by that I can simply relieve the hot on my skins. haha

Oh man, I hate the heat too! Heat makes me feel so uncomfortable and very irritable. I sweat a lot too so the heat does not help. I would want to have a portable aircon too. Haha. How I wish. Now I'm here in my parents' bedroom for the aircon. You should drink lots of water and never go out too much in the sun as you might get heat stroke which is a life-threatening emergency. Good luck!
