I had a nightmare yesterday night!
In it I consumed alcohol which I don't like or do, and I was getting real bad feelings about it! I mean, I felt a lot of guilt and disgust on what I did! I was just about to cry, and I woke up, and I realized that it was just a bad dream! I laughed at myself and these words came out of my mind,
Phew! What a nightmare!

Sometimes if you have a bad dream you feel bad all day. I don't know why that is. In my dreams I can walk and run. In waking life I can't and that doesn't carry over but the bad stuff does.

You've got a nice point! We do many things in our dreams which we can't do in actual life. Sometimes I fly in my dreams. I even do things which I'd never thought I would do in my actual life. I wonder what dreams are supposed to be. Should they mean anything? Anything which we should bother about? Can they bring any change in our life? What do you think?

I think they are just an expression of what we would like to be able to do. Most of them are nothing we can do anything about or bother with. I guess they could bring about a slight change, if it is possible. In my case, as much as I would like to be able to run, it is just not possible, so it can't really bring any change.
