It is trustworthy. You will find very old members here, some reaching to about 50,000 posts. They wouldn't stick around if this isn't worthy.

I became a member above four months ago. But I started participating in discussion for the last ten days. I enjoy. I spend time sharing what I know and getting to know what I do not know. Yes, MyLot is very trustworthy. It has a 100% record of paying automatically on time, every time (see the FAQs under 'Earnings' for more details). I have been here for five years and can say that you need have NO concerns about being paid when it is due. MyLot is a very unique site. It pays according to the QUALITY of your participation, which is worked out by a very complex algorithm (which we are not allowed to discuss). Essentially, the more relevant, original and descriptive you are and the more you participate in discussions, the more you will earn. You cannot expect to get rich quickly, however! Many people do make at least the $10 minimum every month but many others only manage to do so after several months. It is entirely up to you and depends on how much time you spend, whether you give good responses which are rated by other users well and whether you come back to your discussions and post good quality comments. It is ALL down to whether or not you participate and keep to the Guidelines!

yes this is trustworthy because I've been paid already for what I did last month. And when I had a problem creating tasks, I messaged an admin and the person helped me out within a day. The people who run this site are helpful and they are legitimate. Of course, you aren't going to make a huge income here. This is just something I do on my spare time to earn a little bit and get some thoughts off my chest.
