What do you do when things just seem to be going badly? Do you pray? Do you rant and rave? Do you pound your fists on the table? Do you blame others? Do you spit? What's your favorite means of relieving stresses and frustrations?

I stayed in my room, listen to my favorite music and sleep. Or watch comedy movies. But of course in an instance/event or on the spot,i just walked out from the scene, take a deep breath and calm myself. I never did any violent reaction, never in my life.

Thanks for your input. Comedy (laughter) is one of the best things for a lot of "ills", as we know...so it should certainly help in times of difficulty. Keep smiling!

Sometimes it seems really hard to breath in this world. One can have hope when there is someone or something to have faith in - to believe in the future and to those who are dear. It can be admitted that the the road to success is long, one has their best intentions but achieving something seems impossible without support and comfort of other people around. When I find myself in times of trouble, I try to think of something beautiful in my life, the people and the places I like to be and return. Traveling might help. I like riding a bicycle. Sometimes I cry, but I have to think the belief gives possibilities and leads out of hopelessness. Music also helps me, the stories about searching for truth, about finding the way of life.

How right you are...we all need each other, don't we? And, crying is alright...after all, it's purely natural for men, women and children; so, why not? Some folks might think otherwise, but... Also, music is one of those "universal languages" which can be extremely beneficial to the soul. Thanks for your input.

like most of us we show anger when things just go wrong,we usually break something or we shout frustrated...well the best but not the easiest to do when you are in a situation like that is to stay calm and perform MEDITATION...well MEDITATION IS NOT REALLY THE SOLUTION ON HOW TO REACT WHEN THINGS JUST GO WRONG..IT GIVES YOU AN INNER STRENTH AND FILLS YOUR MIND WITH LOTS OF POSITIVE THINKING AND PEACE..that you start looking at the problem in a more calm manner and with a different angle..the other things that could be beneficial to cope with the situations like that are to interact with your parents or family members and to take their advice on the situation and with being calm and with possibly the coolest mind take a cool decision on how to deal with the situation.thanks

Thanks for your input. It's true that meditation is not a "solution", but it can certainly be a helpful tool to bring about calm and rest. It is also important to interact, as you say, with parents and others in our lives...therein lies phenomenal power and strength. Thanks again.
