when i'm angry

when i'm angry i can hardly stop my self from talking..i keep on insisting my hard feelings..i even hurt that someone i'm in a conflict with.. telling things as if i already knew they did it..because of anger i forget to mind their feelings.. i hate my self for being like this.. i want to change this..

It is a good sign that you have been able to identify your bad habit. There are some who cannot realize that anger is a destructive virtue that can ruin a person even with extraordinary talent. I hope as you have realized it, you would soon be able to get rid of it if you try seriously.

when you're angry, you better be alone first, so you can be a bit quiet, and not emotion. Moving away from the people who make you angry, so you will not regret something that will happen, in a state of anger.

Then try to stop it. Back-lashing at others is only going to get you into trouble because you might think no one knows about what your secrets are but they do. And if you exploit them in certain ways , like for example try to make fun of a situation and then gotten them back on your face you've only got yourself to be blamed. Sometimes people are scared to tell you off because of your social standing or whatever. But that doesn't mean they'll stop talking behind your back. So it's best to control your anger and don't say things you don't mean ...because you might not know who you might offend unintentionally. I will never say back things to people who don't start a fight incessantly.

Hello Unknownbride, Though you seem to hate yourself for being such a mean person sometimes, I guess you need not feel so bad for yourself because, the most important thing that an angry person misses is recognizing his part of the act. I see that you have recognised it, now all that you need to do every time you get angry is to remember this post and how stupid you felt about losing your temper on others, and you will feel to yourself that, let me not lose temper for just this once, and you will seem to have control on yourself, and every time you are about to be angry, you will get this feeling and I think over time you can really over come your anger. thank you very much.. i should just learn how to control my self when i'm angry.. i think it would be better if i'll just ignore and stay away from the reason which makes me angry.. and if i can't take the pain anymore i'll just cry it would surely help my self calm down.^_^

did you learn some self defense sport like karate? maybe you will punch or kick people if you learn that, but you will learn how to control your emotion. you can punch something else like dummie or wall (maybe). but first you must do is control your health.

even how angry i am i cant hurt any one physically...all i ever do is cry by my self until i calm my self down...i really just wanted to change my style when i'm angry. i don't want to muck anymore.

That is too bad, but you can change that habit. that moment try to tell yourself that be relax and calm down and remember the name of God or jesus and say some good words and deep breath or drink some water.

when i'm angry and not allowing it to burst like fighting back or shouting, i start crying and can't stop it.

hi... you can control your anger just manage your self. if i'm angry with someone i just keep my mouth shot and don't talk to anybody. i also what to change this before but i prefer not to change now. this is me.
