Hi. I was watching the documentary about 9/11 attack on WTC. Its basically a documentary about the working of Osama Bin Laden. So, he has one of the terrorist named Mohammad Atta. He was the software engineer and he graduated from Germany. But he however is involved in the terorist activities of WTC. This is one of the example. There are lots of terrorist who are brilliant in academics and had graduated from top colleges of the world. The brain wash by the Al Qaeda is causing the world to lose the great engineers. If they were not the terorists, then they may provide great service in field of research and technology.

yes, its so true and sad. one part of the story is that indeed the first world countries have infringed on the rights of many third world nations and usurped their wealth or plan to do so…however, the other side of the story I feel, is that such brilliant and educated minds would have served their poor nations best if they’d returned to their birthplaces and worked for the development of their nation. so much money gone down the drain, apart from the loss to human lives. all that money could have been well spent to fund basic infrastructure in poor countries, instead of buying weapons and blasting off people and properties in first world nations.

That is really the saddest thing about any person who makes a wrong choice like this. If they would have made the right choice, they would have been able to do great things. Osama Bin Laden was many things, but he knew the power of his words and he knew the power that he had, to really convert some very valuable minds over to his cause. He was not the first man to understand the power he could have with the intelligence of people, nor would he really be the last.
In the end, people can be ultimately swayed to do things that are not with their best interests. And Bin Laden really had to have known the power of having educated minds following him. It would be misdirected intelligence, but he knew that his ideals could not be properly carried out on force alone. There were some people who were smart enough to make the right moves and help Bin Laden do that. That to me is really the most depressing part about this.

I csme scross this guy in a bar that I used to regularly visit. This is about 10 years back. He happened to be a gangster. One fine day, I came to know that he had been a bank officer in one of the more renowned banks in our country. I always wondered what makes these guys leave their respectable jobs and join the underworld. Guess, money and thrill could be the only reason.

I don't know the fact because both of Osama and Bush have their reason... Fata morgana inside the dessert war... Bush's army killing the civilian, Osama blasting the building.. lol

It is all about the choices that we make in life. sometimes the gretest minds fall onto the paths that take them away from what they initially started. Terrorism is not something we are born with. it is something that is developed and nurtured sadly along the way.
