Discrimanation for Lesbians and Gays at work..

there are some companies won't hired if they are gays or lesbians... Why would they do that? is their a possibility to stop this discrimination?

Stopping discrimination will be very hard. It's really sad when a gay or lesbian who has the qualified skills required for a job aren't hired just because of who they love. They are not very professional at all and frankly I wouldn't want to work for those kind of companies anyway.

I think the biggest thing is trying to find a way to prove that they weren't hired due to their GLBT status, and that will be a hard thing to prove.
