My dog has manners

My dog isn't quite the brightest out there, but he has some manners. He allways wants what I eat. So when I give him bonnes, if I put them on his plate, he won't touch them, and bark at them for permission before he eats them. He thinks we eat bonnes, and thats our food, so he basicly ask if its okay if he eats that. If I leave my plate with my food on the floor, he won't eat it, only if I give him permision. What do u think? =D
