Life has full of ups and downs, and its up to us on how to deal it.Most of us worry alot in so many things. If your rich you still worry ,if your poor you still worry alot,so why worry?lets just be thankful that we are still alive and be thankful, despite of the obstacles that we encountered in our daily life we still need not to worry because there is always a solution. And besides to worry/worrying is not good to our health, stress arises .So feel life and live worries behind.:)

Hi Cora!
Yes, life will be devoid of essence without the ups and downs.
Those things are part and parcel of this gift that God has given us.
The thing we call "worry" is the exact opposite of faith.
Indeed, worries are a constant reminder that we're all human and we're vulnerable!
When we worry, we begin to admit that we're weak and we need God!
Hence, when we start to worry, we must immediately refocus on God and ask for His strength.
Therefore, we must adopt this cliche: Let tomorrow worry for itself!
Cora, please try to purchase the book entitled: How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. It's a very good book written by Dale Carnegie.
Good luck. No more worries, God's in control!
Now,

I am happy reading your interesting posts.
Yes, I am sure you'll not regret buying that book.
It helped me a lot during a certain point in my life when I was so in despair, in pain and was filled with worries.
But of course, the true source of strength and inspiration should really come from your heart. That book is just an instrument and a supplement for our successful journey!
Have a Hakuna matata day! (a worry-free philosophy)

I can't help it!
I've always been a worrier. I think it even complements my personality, as I've learned to cope with it by always preparing more, for any event or activity. I also find that I think better when I'm worrying because all my senses are heightened.
But I would love to not-worry about stuff. Even for just health reasons.

You're right . Or if we do worry, this should push us to do something about what's worrying us to make it better. Worrying becomes unhealthy if we forget about other things and just focus on the things we're worrying about. This might cause more things to worry on. So yes, let's live life and leave our worries behind or deal with them worries .

I would not worry if I could choose, but you can not really choose if you worry or not. I try to stay as positive as possible but when I am stressed about something sometimes I can not seem to get them off my mind.

It's an excellent advice to try not to worry so much and be thankful for living every day,but it's easier said than done, because sometimes life puts us in such unpleasant and stressful situations that it's impossible not to worry. There are moments when,no matter how hard we try,we are so stressed that we simply can't leave our worries behind,so we have to live with the stress and try to reduce it as much as possible.Sometimes it's even good to have some worries because worries can influence our behavior and make us more cautious in some occasions.

Hi polaries, thanks:)yea your right easier said than done, but we can try, because we cannot face all the worries all the days of our life, and its up to us on how to handle such situations like me i have some worries too,but as much as possible im not trying to take it too seriously because its not good, aisde fromt he fact that you'll grow old worrying :)and worries its not good to the mind because it will affect our health and our whole as a human being sometimes if we worried so much we tend to make decissions that is not right .so i should say take it easy and let us try to handle worries as calm as we can.:)

Cora, that is excellent advice. It is not always easy to do, but it's the right thing to do. We need to remember to remind ourselves when we start worrying that it won't solve anything.
This reminds me of something I heard years ago. I am not sure where it came from, or who first said it..
"Worry is like a rocking chair, it never takes you anywhere"
LOL very silly saying, but very true :)

yes, exactly. Though I’m not exactly religious, I do thank God at the end of a day, if the day has passed uneventfully…any normal day is acceptable to me. I just try to remember the past and not repeat mistakes and do my best in the present with the hope that the future would be alright too!

Hi cora, This is all very true and I agree 100 percent with your post. Worry does nothing good and causes stress which brings on physical problems. I agree too that there is a solution to every problem. Start each day by think of at least one thing that you have to be grateful for and give thanks.Smile at everyone you meet and keep your thoughts positive. Do not say things like I'm feeling ill today, I'm getting so old, or with my luck, nothing good will happen. These things are only true if you let them be true. Use the power of positive thinking and the law of intention to create a good future. Blessings.

Your right but sometimes worrying helps the mind to come up with ideas and ways to get out of whats making us stressed or what ever is making a person worry in the first place I know that sounds strange
Sometimes these emotions just cant be avoided no matter how much we try because unfortunately worry comes with living
If we went through life without ever worrying we would not be human
But there IS a such thing as too much worry and also we worry over thing happys that we need not worry about, we have to learn to reduce the amount of worry and stress in our everyday lives and learn to find compfort in the little things.

I think it was Dr. Wayne Dyer who said guilt and worry were useless emotions. I'd like to think that if a person feels guilty about something he'd make the necessary changes or amendments. Worry if just a waste of time.

hi cora,
I agree with your viewpoints about worry. actually, worry and fear feelings are useful to prepare us to anticipate some things that we perceive as danger. but most people worry too much for small unnecessary things that they waste time, energy, or even money. so sad.
my most stupid worry was when I worried too much about what my friends would think of me, every after I said a joke or advice to them. I was so worried that they would think I was a bad person.
but now I realized it's just a stupid worry. I'm sure I can say and do the right things to my friends. so, there is no way that they will think i am a bad friend:)

The belief gives chances and leads out of hopelessness. When we find ourselves in times of trouble, there is still hope in tomorrow. With the help of love we can follow the light in the darkness.

Worrying takes the fun out of life. It should not consume your waking hours, so bad that it can't make you sleep.
In some ways though, a little bit of worrying does some good. When we feel anxious, our adrenalin shoots up and we tend to think of better ways to protect ourselves from danger. Balance is necessary - People who don't worry at all may be living in a fantasy world, while those who worry a lot are constrained from enjoying life to the fullest.
If you notice that you are worrying to much lately, take some time to relax, have coffee or dinner with your friends, watch a good comedy.
Take your mind off problems once in a while. You'd be surprised to see that once you've stepped away from the situation, you can find a better solution to what's bothering you.
Happy mylotting!

Everybody worries because we have problems. But how we handle these worries is what matters. I think no matter how small or big the obstacles are, we should all just lift them up to our Creator. He will help us, He always does right? Worrying is natural but do not make it the center of your life. Trust God that He is there for you . And besides worries bring wrinkles, and we do not want that right.

Worries is the absence of fulfillment..
People worries for the things and their Life,
its just because fulfillment hasn't come yet..
But once fulfillment comes, worries, fears, sadness and doubts
will be erased..
