I work as an Expeditor for ChaCha.com. Used to work as a Transcriptionist, but preferred Expeditor.

ChaCha is a mobile search engine. When people text in questions, I basically clean them up and forward them on to a Guide to look up the answer to them and then they text it back to the customer.
