I am. I visit this site everyday to play Restaurant City. I play more than I socialize, actually. What I really don't get is why people enjoy socializing on Facebook, sharing ideas, updating status when we all know that we don't get paid for visiting the site. What's up with that? I've known a few sites that pay for just being an active member. Mylot is one of them, yey! And still, Facebook continues to reign over all social sites.
Your views, please.
Happy MyLotting!

The reason for that is because most facebook users have their fb account as personal account, meaning it's their way of communication to their loved ones, relatives and friends. In mylot,we have virtual friends unlike in fb,we have real ones.
I'm a regular user of fb before when I haven't known online works yet, lol! I used to play poker almost everyday! I enjoy playing with real people, there was even an incident when my high school classmate and me played poker in one table and it's really fun, haha! We are even chatting while playing but we don't cheat, haha! But when I already started working online,I seldom visit fb now,I usually take a peep and see my notifications and chat with some of my friends who started chatting with me.

You and I both, mtr. Now, I only have a few moments to spare for Facebook. When I see that I received a message or update on my wall, that's the time I spend some more time there.

Hi Beingwell, Yes I was a regular addictive user of FB. But nowadays I find it very wrong and not really useful times for us. I limited my access except on weekends for few minutes. Happy Lotting!

I do miss my friends and most of them are not active on FB nowadays. I visited last weekend and there was no status or updates from anyone. I just logged out in a few minutes, its loosing its charm.

Hi there besthope! I haven't been to FB recently, as well. Although, now I think I'm missing some of my friends there. Perhaps I'll drop by in a little while, after I finish some of my online tasks.
What about you? When did you last visit Facebook?

I love FaceBook! If it wasn't blocked at work, that is where I would be right now while I'm waiting for these batches to post lol. A good portion of friends and family are easily accessible there, as they are online to play and not make money like most of the people here. Do you happen to know if Yuwie is still up and running? That is blocked here at work too. Thanks :)

Yuwie is a paid social network. If it wasn't blocked here, I'd send you a link so you can check it out.

i am also. Well i always logged in unto my account. I socialize with others because its the free site where i can contact my friends abroad. We share pictures and we love it. Many people use facebook because of its simplicity. We can also earn at facebook. Many applications in their gives me opportunity to earn money. I joined 3 applications that paid me already. Simple applications by doing simple task. Thats it for me. Facebook is great but it depends on persons who use it. :D

Come to think of it, yeah! I guess we also get paid in Facebook. There are apps in Facebook like EasyCash and Fanslave that invites people to join to earn money. Not bad! Thanks for sharing jhayj!

I joined recently for business reasons, but I am at a lot of other sites that are much more social. Like you, I tell people that I do not spend time on sites that do not pay me.

I'm simply in awe how Facebook gets so popular over the other paying sites? Should people favor sites that pay is all I am saying.

Most people who know me know that I rarely get onto a site that doesn't pay me or give me something for free...I go onto facebook to keep in contact with friends (sometimes). The only other time I get onto facebook is to update my status when I have added another payment proof to my blog/website.

no i don't. i'm not really a fan of social networking sites. i didn't even have a friendster account. just too juvenile for me. i'd prefer socialize with friends face to face or talk to them over the phone or in chat.
if i would open a facebook account, most probably it'll be for an online business i have in mind. that's it.
to each his own i guess.
cheers!!!

You mean you're also using Facebook as a business medium, correct? That's a great way to optimize FB, actually. Even I use it to get clients.

I think because for some people, they just love to open up to their networks with what's going on in their lives rather than wanting to earn.
There was a point where I got addicted as well with playing games but not for socializing but I got over it in the process . Now, I can go for days without logging in to FB. Also, if I log in, I don't stay there for long .

Hi manubla! How are you doing today? Yeap, I was also a Facebook regular at one point in time. I always played Restaurant City and that other cooking game. I already forgot its name! Anyway, I still go back once in a while to see how my friends and families are doing. hihihi...

ya facebook is a great place to spy on people see what they are doing and read their opinions about things happening around them.Facebook great place for people to waste time and also waste bandwidth with all the games available there inside. For me i log in and leave in there while i do my work, since some friends love to chat using facebook.

You have some good points kukueye. Although, I not much of an FB fan, I don't think using it is a total waste of time. See, it's also a way to open up networks like what the other guys are saying. I just hope Mark's team give its members incentives for making his site such a success. haha!

Yes I think I consider myself somewhat a regular user of facebook. I use the site approximately 2 to 3 hours per day. All I do there is reading the newsfeeds, commenting, liking, and joining facebook page promos. The only thing I don't do is play games, because I'm bad at playing it.

The thing with these games is that you need to invest time in them to be able to be good at them and well, to ultimately enjoy them. FB games are fun because they are interactive amongst other players. Try Restaurant City, it's simple to start with. hihi..

Before I seldom visit Facebook but right know I started to check it regularly. I like the fact that it has many amusing features like facebook chat, games, photo upload, etc. That site is really useful for people who are trying to contact their loveones in long distance.
Using Facebook is very useful and there is nothing more you can ask for. I believe we can socialize with other people by means of social networking sites even in front of our computer. That is the power of technology right now.
I still continue to visit other social networking sites like friendster but for me MyLot is the best. I have met a good friend here and I will never ever forget her. I really missed the days when we were still messaging here in myLot. Right now, she is very busy in her studies.
Happy myLotting!

I guess I am pretty regular. I don't play games in there though. I'm one of the people who socialize there. Although, I socialize with people I know, I post to keep up with my friends.

I also don't get it too. Some people spend over hours, or every two hours to login to facebook to update their status, and let people know what they are up to. I just couldn't do it. I might visit facebook once in a while, but everyday, I don't have that much time for it. If I am rich, I can spend a whole day there. Some people still gotta work right, that's me.

Hello beingwell, nice to meet you.
I am a Facebook regular, yes I can say that. I visit Facebook to make new friends and to share my articles.
I totally agree with you that we should not waste time on Faceboook when we know that we are not getting paid for it. Mylot is a better option in this respect.
But Yes, Facebook is the King!
