Having a positive attitude in life is a start of good health. Some of the modern diseases are caused by stress which sometimes lead to depression. If one knows his self-worth, he is less likely to feel unloved or unwanted.

The strength of positivity is amazing and it only reproduces good things. If you think good thoughts then good things will come to you. Even if your family and so called friends don't treat you like they should...if you feel positive about yourself then that is all that matters. The dilemma is arriving at a positive mindset. I always use the phrase "fake it 'til you make it" and it works for me. I fall of the happy wagon every once in a while but I get back in the saddle and trot my happy self right to my next task..smiling.

I totally agree with you. When I feel down, I always remember peter pan saying "Think of Happy thoughts", it works for me.

What you said is very right.People's mindset depends on his attitude to life.For optimist,He always think that the difficulty will be over soon,the future is bright;As to pessimist,he is filled with doom and gloom all the time,frequently sigh out:"just my luck!”.We must bear in mind ,Laugh and grow fat.

Yes I do agree with you. They say that when you think you are healthy then indeed you can be really healthy. But if you think that you are ill you will be surprised that you will really get sick. Having a healthy mind and outlook is really important.

ya you are correct, having positive attitude in mind think less or not at all think about the problems. They take those problems too in a positive manner .from that they will find the ways to succeed.instead of that if u have depression in mind, it also affects your health too.
