does anyone out there know how and where i can get a real job online i dont mean a few cents here and there i mean like a real job where i put in 20-40 hours a week and get paid an hourly rate
i have seen a few things on sites like odesk and guru where they are looking for a virtual assistant and things like that but i dont really know what that all entails and where can i get training for these type of real jobs so i can have a decent resume to show possible employers that i can do the work and am good at it and that i possibly have been trained in the work as well
i did purchase an e-book from ivetriedthat.com and it has alot of great places to work from home like im looking for but i dont have the experance needed to do them like call center or personal assistant and things of that nature however i would really like to get a job like this
so my question to all my fellow mylotters is this is there a place where i can get these type of trainings so i can add to a job resume
please help as i fear i wont be able to do my current job much longer

Well, I write articles online and it pays well.
I just write them, publish them and they just sit there and earn money based on the traffic going to them.
I like it because I have a day job to take care of.
Cheers.

Right now i have been searching for that, for a long time now an every one keep on telling me about odesk. You can work a lot of hours their also, they will train an tell you the job description an what it entails.
I have sign up on o desk but i haven't apply for a job their as yet.
Finding a job online is the hardest thing to fine, but you can still do your research an see what you have come up with.
An maybe some will respond an even give you a good site where you can earn more too.

I prefer sites where I can set my own hours. One site that I think you would be happy to try out is associated content. They pay you to write articles for them. They pay you upfront as well as paying you for page views. I have made three hundred dollars in one week on this site but I had to write a lot of articles and put a lot of time into them.

You can go odesk.com, they have a listing of jobs online from writers to web designers, including virtual assistants. You have to be skilled though because there are a lot of people in that site that are highly skilled and do it for a living.
My cousin was able to buy his first car and house from odesk..

Odesk.com is a good site where you can find online jobs. You can also check freelancer.com and elance.com. Since those sites are good to find online job, it is necessary to set up your profile first and take their exams. Aside from that, if you weren't get paid for the work, you can file for a dispute and those companies will help you to get paid.
You can find a lot of online job aside from writing an article, updating a file, virtual assistant, photo editing, computer jobs and a lot more.

But you're seeking in the wrong place. What you describe seems more like a real job than any online earning method. So, you want a job? Or something online? Remember that if it's a real job, it won't be online, or if it's online, it won't be a job.
Monthly paycheks for your work will be obtained only though a SERIOUS job offering, involving a firm and an employer, and a legal work contract stating the terms you have to fulfill. 99% of the times, that means go into an office or somewhere else, stay there 8 daily hours and do the job there. Very few companies may offer you a "work from home" plan, provided certain capabilities and experience from you. But that doesn't means that there is not an employer and a contract there, and they are real, unlike everything online that is just a website. In such cases, you have to comply with schedules and jobs, but many times (and not always) stay at home using your internet connection.
But if you expect to earn enough for a living, my suggestion is always that you switch off the computer for a while, take the newspaper and find a REAL job. And keep online earning as extra spending cash if you're lucky.
