Do you tend to list down all grocery items?
Sometimes are you forgetting an item then it will come to a point that when you are already done paying all the items in the grocery that will be the time that you will remember it?
Are you also conscious when it comes to budget or you just want a surprise that how much you are going to pay at the cashier?
Are you already computing all the items that you have gotten in the middle of picking another item? Or you are a type of person that you never mind how much you are going to pay at the cashier?

I prefer to make a list before going shopping for my grocery. Because i ever forgotten a few items which makes me have to go for second round of shopping spree. It really makes me have to waste another round of gas, as well.

The grocery store I shop at isn't a big chain so it's not very big. I buy pretty much the same stuff everytime I go (with the exception of stuff you need to buy often) so I pretty much know how much it's going to cost also. They only carry generic brands so if I need something special I go to the big chain and will write everything down. I also keep a count in my head so I know about how much I will be paying.
