What are your reasons to resign at work? Is there something to do with the better offer or something like you were been in trouble while you are inside the company? Or you are also a type of person that could easily be fed up at one company and you really like to transfer and transfer into another. Well honestly that is the problem about me that I like transfer and transfer into another work.

I've had a few different reasons. With my first job I resigned because the workload was way too much for one person to handle alone. It was absolutely ridiculous! To make matters worse, the pay was terribly low for all that work. Just minimum wage. It should have been a lot more than that. With my second job I moved away. As the owners of the company wanted their employees to live close by, I had no choice but to quit. I did stay on for a short while afterwards, but it just wasn't worth the commute. With the last job I quit, I quit because I became pregnant with my oldest child. As I was working with hazardous materials I quit for the safety of my child. And now, if I was to quit my current job, it would either be because I got a better job offer or my husband's job starts back up. But if neither happen I'll stay on as long as I can. Happy mylotting!

My first reason why I had to quit on my last job - it got higher pay. Then when I got to the company, the next thing that made me look for another job is great working environment. I don't feel easy on my second job and that was the time where a friend got violated because she's a lesbian. So I quit on that job. Then I got hired by a great company with great benefits and great pay but I had travel with the shifting shifts because they change it every week. So it has to be the pay, the environment. the working schedule and more importantly the benefits.

There can be a lot of reason why one person will resign work just for example my hubby,he said he will resign if his boss will chance the contract of agreement as his boss wants to put in the contract that all engineers in the company should have outside city work and my hubby don't want that so once the boss will force then he will resign.

If ever I'll resign at work, it would be because I'm not happy anymore with the company - not happy with what I'm doing or not happy with the people I work with. It can also be because of a better opportunity that I don't like to pass up. Those would be the major reasons that would push me to resign.

I guess i can say yes to all of your reasons for resigning from work. there is always something better to do outside a job that kills your passion for everything. And trouble seems to find even the most non-reactive person working in a company. and yeah day-in and day-out in a job can really bore you and push you out....sometimes even the pay wont be enough reason to stay....jobs are meant to do just that to people, kill the life out of us....thats the system we are all in in this world, so we must continue living our lives to the best that we can, with or without jobs .....

I have had many jobs, and there are different reasons why I have given up my jobs. Sometimes it was because of the practical things: The job was too far away from my home and I wasted too much time commuting or I had to work at night and it was too hard to work that way for a long time. I have also left a job because I didn't like the atmosphere at the place. Most of my co-workers had been there for 25 years and it was it was very hard to become a part of the group. New people or new ideas weren't welcome, and I got tired of the gossip and the way that people talked about me behind my back.

hi, it was my first job and it was with A BPO Company.I was just having problem with those night shifts , and new place , new people and new things to get on.I got irritated with the head set which is standing to my ears and the accent of the foreigners asking their questions could not be understood. Calls were coming so frequently that it was just hard , i dont knw how those people work in the companies , its really tough for anyone in the staritng. However if we can stand on with little hurdles we might have had achieved a lot in our lifetime.Sometimes we needa change according to our requirements.

If I resign from a job, it is because I found one that is better, pays better, has better benefits, etc. With the exception of two jobs when I was very young, I have never quit without something else lined up. When I switched to my current job, it was because I had my hours cut to 10 per week, and had no benefits. In order to move jobs, I did have to take a large paycut, but within a year I was making more than my previous job. I like to learn new things, but I also know that my income feeds my family and puts a roof over our heads, so I would not be willing to quit without a better position in place.

There can be many of the reasons to resign at work: 1. Not satisfied with the job profile i think most of the people leave from the job due to this reason. 2. Not satisfied with the money. I think during the start of the carrier people leave jobs due this reason but once one get stable he doesn't leave just for money. 3. Location is also the factor due to which people change jobs. there are people who change their job once they get another one nearer to their hometown or location they prefer. I think these are the main reasons behind people leaving their job.
