Does anybody know of any real online jobs available for anyone? I am looking for a Customer Service Stay at Home Job, Medical Transcription any type of job that you can do at home online. Even tutoring would be great! I am looking for this type of work because I am in the Nursing Program but I need a job as well. So many of the jobs I found online were scams.

There are loads of freelance medical transcription jobs in odesk,freelance etc.But in all these,so many people are competing and it is difficult for beginners to get into it.Also these freelance jobs are bidding type and it is luck that you can get a job everytime and also you may have to work for a much lower cost jsut because you are a beginner.If you are good at writing articles,try them out.It will fetch you some money.

The freelance sites are probably the best option for that kind of work.
With transcription work, they expect you to have an extremely fast typing speed and you'll likely to need some suitable equipment for transcribing the files.
If you are doing medical transcription, then you'll need to be familiar with the different terms and you'll probably need previous experience.

As you are in nursisng program medical transcription is very suitable as home job. But for this job good typing skill and good hearing capacity is necessary.There are many online medicaltranscription jobs are available. But you have to understand the medical codes and the pronounces in the other words vocobularly of Us and britan.
