Is Net Penny Stocks a scam or legit?

I hope anyone can help. I need advice about this. I feel the urge to invest on this site because it's been online for the past 4 months or so. And I can send money thru my Alertpay account.
But there is something holding me back because I've been scammed before. I already lost $10.00 or so in other sites. Would Net penny stocks be different? Is it legit and I just don't know it?
Please check this website and share with me your opinions. Probably when you see the front page, some of you may already know what's inside here.

I hate those kind of website stocks, forex. They're all the same stocks is just like playing with your money and your luck. If you're lucky you'll win big but if not you'll lose all of your money.
I have some better site which accept Alertpay, of course they already paid me... Ask me if you wanna know :)
