Worst nightmare.

What's the worst nightmare you've ever had? I remember this dream that my aunt was being chased by some sort of creature and it was going to kill her. And after the creature caught up to her, the creature killed her and then it was chasing the rest of my family. In the end, it killed all of us, including myself. After that, I just woke up. So.. what's yours?

The worst nightmare I have ever had was when I had a dream that some people broke into our apartment and killed my two sons and tried to kill me but the police had swarmed outside and they left. I wished that they would have killed me too. And i cried in my sleep cause my boyfriend woke me up asking me what was wrong. I do think that nightmares have alot to do with the mind and they have alot to do with stress as well. I try to make sure that I am not dealing with any stress before I go to bed becuase I hate having nightmare especially ones that can actually happen. You know?

I clearly understand where you're coming from. I do think nightmares have to do with stress level as well. And now that you've said it, I will do the same. I'll try not to go to bed stressed because I wouldn't like to have any kind of family-killing nightmares. I bet you were terrified when your two sons were killed in your nightmare.

i hate nightmares especially if i would watched a horror movie before i sleep. i cant sleep thinking about that movie and all..hhaha!
