Some splurge it in their collections like fancy sports cars, vintage bikes, expensive bags and shoes, etc. My splurges are food. I like trying out new restos, buffet restos, eatery, etc. I like to know where the best hamburgers are, where the best pizza's are and more... How about you?

hi!
Splurging my money means having some extra, spend it on things and not guilty about what you've done. Well, I splurge my money on books!books!books! They're my single vice in life that I've learned since my elementary days. I even want to become a librarian , once. I already have a shelf filled from side o side, top to bottom with books and one day I'll splurge all my hard earned money on a really big bookshelf!LOL!

Hi santosmarichris! Whenever it's payday, I usually split my money first in the expenses that I needed to pay. Especially electric, water, and telephone bills. The extra, I splurge it to food, bags and shoes. I usually bring my mom, nieces, nephews and cousins to the restaurant so that we will be able to taste new kinds of food.

Personally it often depends on what the mood is. Sometimes it is New clothes, or often a New purse, but many times also it is going out to eat somewhere. Especially when I get a Craving for something different, or hear of a wonderful restaurant somewhere that I need to try. What I hate is when you try somewhere New in food and are VERY disappointed and leave still hungry.

Food tends to be my weakness as well. I have cut almost all unnecessary spending out of our household budget, but I still like to go out to eat at least once a week. I think that a big part of the reason for that is because of the fact that I get burnt out on cooking, but the other reason is because of the fact that I like to be able to get away from home every now and then and eating out gives us that opportunity.

When I have extra money apart from my monthly income, i usually splurge it on fine dining, jewelries and clothes travels. This compulsive spending happened during my younger days. Nowadays, i no longer have much to splurge since my money is already allotted to a scholarship for the less privilege students who are trying hard to earn a degree aside from all other obligations I have to prioritize.

I probably splurge the most eating out. I try not to splurge too much, but sometimes I treat myself.

Hi santos mari chris: I enjoy having a collection of good music. Just the artist I love the most which are basically Britney Spears, Starsailor, Coldplay and Keane. I love to buy CDs, DVDs and singles. It's nice and you don't need to spend a lot of money to start your collection and make it grow up little by little.

I used to do what you are actually doing. I splurge my money on eating. It usually varies in my case from year to year. There was a time. I liked spending my money on clothes and lots of them, a time when I loved buying lots of books, a time when I was so into shoes and a time when I was so into accessories. Now, I try not to splurge my money that easily. But lately, I have been doing it for travel purposes. I want to save more money so I can actually use it for my travel expenses in the future.
